Plant Swap

This year, more and more people have discovered (or re-discovered) the joys of growing plants, and how gardening is good for people, pollinators, and the planet.

Has this strange time in our lives encouraged you to grow your own – but left you with too many of some kinds, yet in need of others ? ………. If so, then why not bring any surplus along to a ‘Plant Swap’ on Friday, September 25th, 2020 from 11.00a.m. – 12.30p.m. at Romsey Town Hall.

The rules are simple – bring any plant (or plants) and take home a different one ! Plants only please – i.e. no seeds/produce etc.

The ‘Plant Swap’ will be run alongside the regular Romsey Country Market (, where all the usual home-grown plants/produce, baking, eggs, preserves and hand-made crafts will be available for sale. Romsey Country Market has re-opened in Romsey Town Hall this month, with a slightly different layout for your safety, and purchases must be paid for by card.

Covid-secure arrangements are in place for the regular market, and will be followed for the ‘Plant Swap’. Please bring your own bags to take plants home in.
