Anyone looking to brush up on their manners should head to Theatre Royal Winchester for a lesson in etiquette, on Wednesday 4 March.
Teacups and Tiaras – William Hanson’s History of Etiquette… for the socially less fortunate is presented by the UK’s leading etiquette expert and coach.
In a world of general ghastliness William is on a man-one mission to gentrify the nation, and sharing the history of customs, tastes and manners, he will invite carefully selected members of the audience to the stage to demonstrate the dos and don’ts of polite behaviour.
The best-selling author of The Bluffer’s Guide to Etiquette and The Bluffer’s Guide to Entertaining – asks potential audience members to consider those around them, and bring the ‘socially less fortunate’ to the show. So if someone is more Crystal Palace than Buckingham Palace, more immoral than Balmoral, here is a lesson in why we all need good manners and civility more than ever.
William – who believes good manners are not just part of a bygone age but timeless and worth striving to make accessible and comprehensive to everyone – has worked within VIP households, coached diplomats and businesspeople, and advised multi-national brands around the world.
Teacups and Tiaras will be at Theatre Royal Winchester on Wednesday 4 March, at 7.30pm. Find out more, or book tickets, at theatreroyalwinchester.co.uk or call the Box Office on 01962 840 440.
