It’s Milton Impossible – work in progress when Milton Jones brings his inimitable comedy style to the venue on 18 March.
Famous for his deadpan style delivering fast paced puns with an air of confusion, Milton is trying out his new show on the discerning Andover audience. One man. One Mission. Is it possible? No, not really!
Milton reveals the truth about being an international spy, before being given a disappointing new identity which forced him to appear on Mock the Week, Live at the Apollo.
But this is also a love story with the twist, or at least a really bad sprain. Just gloriously daft nonsense or is there a deeper meaning?
Every man has his price. Sainsburys, where good food costs less.
“He’s fast, absurd and very Funny” Radio Times
‘No-one can touch Jones when he hits his stride’ The Guardian
Milton is not the only comedian to have signed up for a date at The Lights recently – the venue is also delighted to welcome Reginald D Hunter on 24 April with a preview of his show, Facing the Beast, as well as the return of
Ed Gamble for a second date on 23 November. This is an extension of his already successful tour – he loved Andover so much he wants to come back!
