Kate Bush fans will not be disappointed when Cloudbusting: The Music of Kate Bush heads to Theatre Royal Winchester on Thursday 27 June.
Audience members will enjoy classics such as Running Up That Hill and Babooshka, as well as lesser-known songs, from a group formed in 2012, that delivers a show described as the most authentic tribute act in the world – one that has impressed sceptics internationally and scored them sell-out performances across the country.
Powerful vocals come from singer, Mandy Watson – who fell in love with Kate Bush as a child when she discovered her haunting debut album, The Kick Inside, and rather than impersonate the legendary singer, pays homage to her.
She is joined by five musicians, who together recreate the music of Kate Bush as close as possible to the original and have won over many of the performer’s collaborators, with them even inspired to join the band on stage.
Spectacular visual effects highlight the drama of the music, and add to the promise of an event not to be missed.
Cloudbusting: The Music of Kate Bush will be at Theatre Royal Winchester on Thursday 27 June, at 7.30pm. Find out more, or book tickets, by visiting www.theatreroyalwinchester.co.uk, or call the Box Office on 01962 840 440.
