Hurstbourne Tarrant (nr Andover) couple Darren and Caroline Cross have announced their new business venture Cross Massage Therapy. They recently became fully qualified with a Level 5 Professional Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy, following their training at the prestigious Oxford School of Sports Massage, where tutors have worked with athletes including Frank Bruno and the Cornish Pirates rugby team.
Caroline has now left her full-time Web Developer career behind at a local well-known Insurance Broker to expand the clinic. Darren continues to operate part-time alongside his Prison Officer position in the healthcare department of HMP Winchester, where he recently featured on Channel 4’s documentary Crime and Punishment.

- Oxford University Rugby Club have appointed Caroline as a pitch-side medic for a
number of matches this season - They work closely with Andover Town FC, keeping players in optimal condition
- Previously worked with Andover Rugby Club dealing with player injuries
- Have provided therapy for a number of charity events including London Landmarks Half
Marathon for Tommy’s Charity and the popular local Hurstbourne 5 multi-terrain race for local charities - They have also received great support from Martial Art World in Andover, where they
train with their two young boys.
