The dates of this year’s Totton Festival of Drama have just been announced. It’s Hampshire’s Stage One of the National All England One Act Drama Festival Competition.
The productions from across the south will be competing with amateur drama groups across the country for the chance to represent England at the British Final in July.
The action takes place from Tuesday 24th till Saturday 28th March at the Hanger Farm Arts, Centre Aikman Lane, West Totton, SO40 8FT. Tickets are £8.50 and performances begin at 7pm each evening.
The festival, now in its 42nd year, has long been promoting the wealth of talent of local theatre. Mike Farleigh, Festival Chair said:
It’s a fantastic opportunity for audiences to see such a variety of diverse theatre, with up to three one act plays each evening audiences are guaranteed an excellent nights entertainment. Groups and audiences are also treated to the professional critic each evening by Mike Tilbury from the Guild of Drama Adjudicators.
Don’t forget, if you book for three or more nights and you get £1 off each ticket!
