Families are sure to fall in love again with classic tale, The Adventures of Pinocchio, which heads to Theatre Royal Winchester on Saturday 15 February.
A wonderfully adventurous story, featuring villains, vagabonds, fairies and giant fish, hand-made Pinocchio meets adversity and learns some important life lessons as he journeys around the world to discover what it takes to be human. Will he listen to the talking cricket? Will his father regret creating him? Will the Whale swallow them whole?
Brought to the stage by Oddsocks – one of the UK’s best-loved touring theatre companies, now celebrating 30 years of making theatre entertaining, informative and accessible to all – they breathe fresh life in to Carlo Collodi’s story about the wooden puppet who wants to be a real boy. Packed with imagination, live music, audience interaction and madcap humour, it will delight all ages.
The Adventures of Pinocchio will be at Theatre Royal Winchester on Saturday 15 February, at 7pm. Find out more, or book tickets, at theatreroyalwinchester.co.uk or call the Box Office on 01962 840 440.
