Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance (HIOWAA) first 5km trail run is on Saturday 25th April at Frenches Farm, Andover, SP11 6JG.
All proceeds from this multi-terrain run, through the stunning countryside at the foot of the North Wessex Downs, will go towards helping to keep the Air Ambulance flying and saving lives.
An event for all the family, Frenches Farm Run will also include a 1km trail run, perfect for all ages. Participants are encouraged to join the fun and dress up in farmyard fancy dress.

We are thrilled to launch our first ever 5km trail run in the beautiful setting of Frenches Farm. Our service is funded entirely by our local community and every sign up and donation we receive will help to save another life.
On-site refreshments will be available, with bacon butties on sale before the 5km run, as well as a post-race BBQ at the finish line. Participants are asked to bring their own refillable bottles, as there will be water refill stations located across the farm.

Registration opens from 9.30am, 5km trail run starts at 10.30am & 1km fun run starts at midday
All participants will receive their very own bespoke wooden medal as they cross the finish line.
