BBC journalist and presenter Sally Taylor to return as host of Pride of Andover Awards for 2019…
As anticipation builds for the long-awaited Pride of Andover Awards 2019 Awards Ceremony, held at the Andover Masonic Hall on 16th October, the evening’s host has now been revealed as BBC’s Sally Taylor MBE.
A journalist and presenter, best known for presenting BBC One’s South Today, Sally first hosted the Awards back in 2018 where she enjoyed the event so much, she requested to return.
Previously hosted by local celebrity Katie Piper and TV Presenter Dame Esther Rantzen, Sally Taylor joins the event as host of the Awards Ceremony for her second year running; carefully orchestrating the evening’s proceedings.
Now in its 13th year, the Pride of Andover Awards exists to shed light on the town’s unsung heroes – endorsing the inspiring and often selfless actions of Andover’s most generous individuals; promoting a sense of pride in our unique north Hampshire town.
