Andover mid-summer Artisan Market this Sunday

The Andover Artisan Market is held on the third Sunday of each month, and August is no exception. The High Street will abound with stalls of all descriptions on 18 August from 10am – 2pm.

Fresh vegetables, salads, seafoods and meats will all be catered for by regular favourites including Greenfield Pork, Sopley Salads and Oaktrack Smallholding, and will be complemented by breads, cakes and other baked goodies from Brown Bread. Buy Low Fodmap are back with their amazing range of free from foods, and for garden plants that will thrive in this hot weather visit Sue Peecock Plants.

Leader of the Council, Councillor Phil North said:

The High Street has been very busy over the past few weeks with many quality events, and the Artisan Market is continuing this trend. It is a great way to support local enterprises and enjoy local produce.

Take some time to wander, soak up the atmosphere, try some locally produced food, and listen to music from Dragonfly Rhythms in the Time Ring from 10am to 12pm who will be collecting for the MS charity.

It’s a lovely way to spend a couple of hours on a Sunday, browsing local stalls, popping in to local shops and perhaps taking time to stop for a coffee or lunch too.

The Andover Artisan Market takes place on the third Sunday of each month throughout the year.
