As of June 1st, Age UK Mid Hampshire’s Andover and Test Valley-based services have been transferred to the charity Age Concern Hampshire. These services – foot care, enablement, information & advice and the Sunday lunch club at Andover War Memorial hospital – will continue to be delivered to older people from Town Mill House, Andover.
Judy Walker, Chief Executive of Age Concern Hampshire is delighted with this transfer, as it secures these services for Andover and Test Valley. Judy is very keen to work with Office and Volunteer Manager Iris Pidgeon and Enablement Service Coordinator Jane Aldridge, and has already met some of the many volunteers without whom these essential services could not be delivered.
