Webkick’s Successful Afternoon Tea in Aid of Enham Trust

Fancy dress, favours, and fabulous fundraising at Webkick’s first charity networking event…

Andover-based Digital Marketing Agency Webkick recently opened its doors for afternoon tea in aid of Enham Trust, raising over £150 for the Hampshire disability charity.

With support from local businesses Andover Buffets, Betteridge’s Brewery, and The Travelling Cupcake, the innovative business networking and fundraising event saw some of Andover’s most exciting businesses come together in anticipation of St. Patrick’s Day for food, fun, and a little bit of fizz, in aid of a worthy cause.

Based in the heart of Andover, Webkick has been designing and delivering minty fresh, great looking websites that work effectively for their clients since 2009; incorporating social media, PPC, Facebook Advertising, and SEO strategies in order for businesses to get the best results from their online presence.

We’re really pleased we could get local businesses, business groups, and representatives all in one room, to celebrate the work that Enham Trust does, remarked Edward Thomas, Creative Director of Webkick. It’s really important to us to support local businesses and local causes, and to introduce the charity to some of our new and long-standing clients we hope will be very valuable for them. We’re all about the personal touch; this event marking a new phase of Webkick.

A resounding success, the event not only gave all attending the opportunity to learn more about the nationwide work of the Trust, whilst building and strengthening new relationships between local businesses, but also raised £150 for the charity.

Webkick’s Afternoon Tea was a lot of fun, comments Enham Trust’sRelationship Fundraiser Richard Pilbeam. It’s thanks to local businesses such as Webkick, supporting our work in new and interesting ways, that we’re able to continue supporting disabled people on their journey to greater social and economic independence.

All funds raised go towards Enham Trust’s vital work across the country, supporting over 7,500 disabled and disadvantaged people each year to live as independently as possible.
