Viewfinders of Romsey Camera Club’s recent Landscape Trophy saw a whole host of impressive images, giving experienced judge Keven Sandall a tricky task. Gold went to Chris Maidens in the Print category for his creative ‘Trees and Mist‘. The judge commented that it made him feel as though the heavens had just opened.
Stuart Bennett came away with top honours in the Projected Digital Image category for his image ‘The Langdales‘. The judge enthused about the style, atmosphere and colour of this work.
In July, Viewfinders will be holding their Annual Photographic Exhibition at King John’s House, Romsey. The exhibition, of around 100 prints and many more projected images, runs from 9th to 17th July, from 10am to 4pm (Sundays 11am to 4pm); admission is free.
