Popular music festival, Southampton City Live, is set to return for a third year; this time supporting leading Hampshire-based disability charity Enham Trust.
The festival, held at Palmerston Park on 13th May, sees Matt Bunday Events Limited, Voice FM Radio, and Southampton Solent University work in collaboration; providing local live music & arts during this day-long family event.
Enham Trust’s Head of Income Generation, Hannah Leicester, comments:
We’re delighted to be part of Southampton City Live this year, and incredibly grateful to the organisers for supporting us in this way.
It truly is thanks to community events such as these that we’re able to fund and continue our work – supporting as many disabled people as possible to live independently – and we’re very much looking forward to attending.
Representatives from the Trust will be there throughout the day, running attractions and collecting donations, as well as providing information about the charity to attendees.
Enham Trust currently supports over 8,500 disabled people across the country, in the cornerstone areas of their lives, to gain choice, control, and independence.
