Come and hear Donna Green, chief nurse at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, talk about nursing in the NHS over the last 70 years.
Tuesday 8 May, Peaches Restaurant, Andover War Memorial Hospital, SP10 3LB
Talk starts at 6.30pm (refreshments from 6pm)
As the NHS celebrates its landmark 70th birthday this year, the talk will take place in the lead up to International Nurses Day and reflect on how nursing has vastly evolved but with the fundamentals of care, dedication and compassion remaining the same.
These talks are free and an opportunity for patients and the public to hear expert consultants talk about their specialist area of health, meet the Trust’s management team and to ask questions.
Everyone in the community can become members of Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (HHFT), by filling in a simple form on the website www.hampshirehospitals.nhs.uk or by picking up a leaflet at one of the Trust’s three hospitals in Andover, Basingstoke or Winchester. You can also come along to the talk and sign up on the day.
