Hampshire Constabulary Band in Concert for Lara and Maddie

Under the Direction of Major Pete Curtis MBE BMus(Hons) PGDip LRSM AMusTCL Royal Marines For Lara and Maddie   2 very precious little girls

 

After hearing about the crowd funding appeal to raise money for Lara and Maddie the band members immediately decided to stage a concert to help boost the fund.

 

The concert is being held at Testwood Baptist Church on Saturday 27th January 2018 at 3pm.

 

This concert promises to truly be a fantastic family afternoon out. With the wide and varied programme including music from stage and screen, traditional marches, descriptive pieces and the well loved Big Band Sound there is something for everyone!

 

Concert goers will be able to have a look around some Police Vehicles and the children will be able to have their fingerprint taken and made into a keepsake key fob.

 

Homemade refreshments will be on sale and there will be a dazzling raffle too.

 

Tickets will be available on the door but it is advisable to reserve your tickets now by calling 07885 469079.

 

Please could we ask people to park on the Industrial Estate on Nutsey Lane and use the walk through by Jewsons right opposite the church.

 

The Band Of The Hampshire Constabulary has been raising thousands of pounds for various charities since 1902 and are delighted to be able to show support and raise money to help a former band member ( Lucinda the girls mum).# Police Family   .

 

The band are due to record again in 2018 following the success of their last recording Duty Calls , which made it onto the Classic FM Playlist.
