Test Valley Borough Council has awarded a £500 Business Incentive Grant to Mario Troullis to support his new business, Trou Digital. The new company provides its clients with cutting edge technology that allows them to get creative and broadcast their own unique content on digital screens.
The new company is based in Southampton Science Park. Many of Mario’s clients, which include schools, corporate organisations and retailers, use the screens in their own settings to promote a range of messages. The software can also be used by clients to advertise services externally and to stream live news channels.
Trou Digital Director, Mario Troullis, said;
Our aim is to bridge the gap between online and offline marketing to offer clients the tools that enable their viewers to make more informed buying decisions. We thank Test Valley Borough Council and Councillor Alison Finlay for the grant which will help to accelerate our growth.
Chilworth, Nursling and Rownhams ward member, Councillor Alison Finlay, presented the grant to Mario. She said:
I’d like to congratulate Mario on setting up Trou Digital. It is a new, innovative company that will be of interest to local organisations looking to find new ways to advertise their services.
The council’s Business Incentive Grant is intended to make a positive contribution towards the cost of starting a new business. Applicants must apply for the grant before they start the new business and the grant is presented six months later. For more information, please visit www.testvalley.gov.uk/business
