Fusion Office

Businesses have more choice for office supplies

Businesses in Andover will have more choice when they need to purchase office supplies, thanks to Rob Targett’s new business venture. A keen entrepreneur, Rob opened Fusion Office, based at West Portway Business Park, with the help of a £750 Business Incentive Grant from Test Valley Borough Council.

Rob has a wealth of experience in the world of office supplies, having previously worked in companies based in Bristol, Swindon and Andover. Armed with this background, the decision to set up on his own reflects a desire to spend less time commuting across the country and more time winning business in his home town. Rob already has strong connections as part of Andover’s business community, and is keen to ensure that Fusion Office uses local suppliers and business services.

Harroway ward member, Councillor Brian Page, presented the grant to Rob and said:

I’d like to congratulate Rob on the early success of Fusion Office. He has worked incredibly hard to establish the business and has made use of an extensive network of contacts. I have no doubts that he will continue to succeed well into the future.

Rob added:

The Council’s Business Incentive Grant, along with the general support and advice that came alongside it, has been very helpful in becoming established and being accepted by large corporate businesses as well as the smaller ones. All of my customers love the fact I am available on the end of the phone or email, offering traditional personal customer service that can be lacking in modern day business. I am also able to compete with my national competitors to ensure my customers receive best value locally for all their business needs. I am so pleased I made the decision to own my own business.

The Council’s Business Incentive Grants are available to anyone looking to set up their own business in Test Valley. Anyone who successfully applies for the grant will receive a grant of £750 if their business is still going strong six months later.
